The room was ok but quite tired, the walls were badly scuffed so it needed either painting or a protection in the entrance passage to the room. We had a mixed review on staff because the lady we initially spoke to was lovely but when I went back to reception and explained that we had dogs, the man was quite rude telling me that I should have advised in advance. Maybe so but it was an oversight and his tone was not appreciated.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled eggs weren’t fresh so rubbery. The rest was great. The breakfast room wasn’t very accessible if you were disabled. There were only 2 tables that were accessible so if someone already sat there you had to wait is my only criticism

As already mentioned in the previous review- there was staff and yet I had top check myself in on an Ipad, unsure why the staff member was there as her sole purpose seemed to be handing the Ipad. On check out the staff member looked about as bored as possible, no smile in sight. The bar man was brilliant serving me late at night when I really needed a glass of wine, he seemed to be the only useful staff member that I interacted with who knew how to smile. Remote was out of battery. Also a kettle would be a great addition to the room, as I was severly missing my morning cup of tea.

Best hotel stay in Germany so far! The property was beautiful, the staff are super helpful and friendly and the bar was nice to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back to when in the area.

Perfect spot for our quick, 1-night getaway. Conveniently located walking distance from numerous restaurants and the Pumpkin Festival. Extremely clean hotel, staff was very friendly and price was excellent. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in town.
