We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel was a lovely stay and in the perfect location. Everything was within a 10 minute walking distance.

bathroom/shower is like in a hospital - shower rod is broken - doesn't hold. Safe didn't work. Very noisy - neighbor was on the phone all night - breakfast is good

Gutes Hotel mit Anfängerfehler-2.Chance verdient
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut, es gibt auch ein paar ausgefallene Sachen. Das Hotel ist vollständig renoviert und unter neuem Träger. Der Fitness- und Saunabereich ist noch nicht fertig. Abstriche muss ich leider machen, da abends beim Wegnehmen der Tagesdecke unter der Decke eine Socke lag. Die Tagesdecke mit Socke habe ich auf das Sofa gelegt und im anderen Bett geschlafen. Am nächsten Morgen reklamiert. Leider lag die Socke am Abend noch da. Außerdem war der Schreibtisch nicht sauber (Glasplatte), man hat deutlich an Putzstreifen das oberflächliche Wischen gesehen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Leider sind die Matratzen und Kissen sehr hart, dies ist dem Hotel bekannt, man hat wohl schon Ersatz bestellt. Das Personal hat sich tausendmal entschuldigt und war sehr höflich, die Dame an der Rezeption am Abend hat umgehend die Socke entfernt und angeboten den Schreibtisch zu reinigen und als Ausgleich Getränkegutscheine angeboten. Diese Nachlässigkeiten dürfen nicht passieren, da das Hotel aber sonst einen sehr guten Eindruck macht und vor allem das Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich ist, gebe ich nochmal eine Chance und komme beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder. Ich hoffe die Unannehmlichkeiten waren eine absolute Ausnahme und bis dahin gibt es weichere Matratzen oder Topups und weichere Kissen.
