Die Zimmer sind recht klein, die Klimaanlage sehr laut und die Zimmer sind relativ schlecht schallisoliert. Wer eine Stunde vor Schließung zum Frühstück kommt, hat kaum Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt gut, um Stuttgart zu erkunden und es gibt eine tolle Tiefgarage.

Es gab öfter Kommunikationsprobleme an der Rezeption, vor allem innerhalb vom Personal. Es wurde diverses Abendessen angeboten. Eine Karte war wohl generell von Premier Inn. Das Essen gab es aber in Bad Cannstatt nicht. Klassisch Abendbrot, wie auf der Karte ausgewiesen, konnte komplett nicht angeboten werden. Die daraufhin bestellte Suppe...die Suppenschüssel war nicht mal gut gefüllt... Die Matratzen waren nur 1,90m lang. Mein Mann (1,94m groß) passte nicht komplett auf das Bett.
