Tons of shops near by. Close to downtown and amenities, we drove as it was cold and snow was still on the ground, cannot comment on walkability. Hotel overall was nice, however no elevators and some parts of the hotel were run down and requiring renovations. Our room had an old leak, discolouration and warping still clearly visible. Some mold noted on the grout in the shower, which made the stay questionable. The USB outlets were very slow... we ended up using our fast charger adapter. Overall, free breakfast was the best part of the entire stay. Convience of not needing to head out first thing in the morning for something was really nice especially when the breakfast was hot and refreshed regularly.
