The property was very unclean, they had to redo the key cards several times for us to get into our room, finally booked us on different floor. The Elevator Only One Was Working. It Was Dirty, It Was Slow. Had To Wait For Help At The Front Desk Every Time. Checking in and checking out. Only one ice machine worked and that was on the second floor. It was hot in the hotel, The pool area, the bathroom didnt have electricity couldnt use the light or the dryer for hands. The room we stayed in wasnt clean the way it should have been. Hard looking either rocks or something on the floor. Dirty spoon under the nightstand.
