100% staying here again

This villa was really was pretty much a house with its own swimming pool and staff. Huge size and excellent value. Place to get away from it all, nice gardens to stroll through and it's situated on top of a mountain away from the busy city. Can hire a motor bike from next door to get around. Happily stay here again. Recommend Sumerta as a driver if you are looking +62 819-9979-3562 showed us some good places and genuinely likes to talk😁

Perfekt! Angenehme Umgebung, viel Privatsphäre. Etwas oberhalb der Küstenstadt Lovina - ohne deren Trubel!

Na ja, Hotelqualität sieht etwas anders aus.

Die Hälfte der Zimmer waren im Umbau. Das Personal wirkte oft überfordert. So wurden bei 4 Übernachtungen das Zimmer am 2. Tag erst als wir am Abend zurückkehrten noch rasch gereinigt, am 3. Tag überhaupt nicht. Das hatten wir bis jetzt noch nie erlebt. Frühstück geht so, man kann zwischen 5 verschiedenen Frühstücken auswählen, die jeweils auch in der Anzahl der Zutaten z.b. Toast vorgegeben sind. Für die Poolbenützung muss jeweils erst beim Personal angefragt werden, ob diese die Pumpe zur Reinigung des Wassers einschalten können. Hier Gäbe als Lösung Zeitschaltuhren, wenn der Pool nicht die ganze Zeit laufen soll. Denn so wird auch der Pool nicht mehr gereinigt und dann schwimmen Insekten und Blätter/Blüten im Pool rum. Macht irgendwie keinen Spass, wenn ein vorhandener Pool nicht spontan benutzt werden kann. Lage wäre oberhalb von Lovina sonst ganz ok, man ist jedoch auf ein Auto oder Scooter angewiesen, wenn man etwas mobil sein will. Eine Reservation für einen Scooter wurde für uns gemacht und hat auch geklappt. Auch wenn es nur ein kleines Hotel ist, so sollte sich der Gast darin wohl fühlen und die Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotel (auch bei 3 Sternen) bemerken, dass fehlte bei unserem Aufenthalt teilweise.

Excellent private pool, personnel unexperienced

The accomodation is superb with a lot of privacy and a private pool. The staff unexperienced but helpfull, eg with our question to get a some extra scrambled eggs they got on their motor to get them. Their English is poor... to go anywhere you need own transportation. Ask nice taxi drivers tot their number as in the villa they dont understand.
