1-expansive 2 bedroom unit with over 725sq, private entrance and large ocean facing deck. All decks have modern, luxury lounge furniture and accessories.

Each unit is a curated collection of vintage inspired design. Clean lines and simplicity are the theme with a beautiful white on white walls, trim, painted wood floors and crisp solar shade window treatments.

Large, protective awnings over all south facing Windows to increase comfort by reducing heat and UV allowing for the sweet ocean breezes.

European style kitchens featuring full size, built in stainless refrigerators and dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, and cookware, dimmable warm LED lighting, full compliment of cooking utensils, premium flatware and tableware.

Summerland Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stayed at the Hummingbird. The set up was perfect. It gave my husband and I privacy from the kids when we needed it. But it also provided us with areas to gather and enjoy each other. Each living space was well stocked with every day needs. The location to the town and beach area were just right. The neighborhood was very quiet and the views of the ocean spectacular. The only issue we had was the garbage was overflowing when we got there and some cans were never emptied. Other than that I would highly recommend this rental. It’s simple decoration and easy feel helped to make for a relaxing week. Sue Ronan 8/1-8/7
