An older hotel that is being updated but still keeps the essence of what it was. Larger rooms with updated lights and fixtures. Breakfast room is large with hot and cold food to be had. A good stay.

It was so cold in the room and we didn’t know how to turn the air off. We had to sleep with extra clothes. The room was spacious. I don’t like the extra 50.00 that is held and only refunded 3-4 business days later. I feel that is unfair.

Comfy & Clean - good location!

Hotel was nice - great location, comfortable, etc. Bit dated. Could use some TLC overall. For the price I would expect daily housekeeping which was not included (needed to be requested). Aside from that, place was cozy, comfy, and clean!

The hôtel contacted me saying my réservation was cancelled when i did not cancel. Have booked for years through Expedia. Then they charged me a second time and have ignored messages to reimburse me. Terrible experience, would never stay here again. Was just for location of Canada Day concert.

Yes the cheeper priced room was a little dated and furnishings need updated. The bed was new and super comfy, everything was very clean and I know this because my wife is a housekeeping manager and she approved. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was, we were beside a hallway entrance and never heard doors open or closing. The breakfast was bang on, lots of everything and choices. Location was great. We’ve stayed in Summerside before but never at this end of town, it was nice to walk the boardwalks and trails to restaurants shops etc.

Our room was fine and clean but we stayed two nights and they didn’t come to clean. We didn’t need much of a clean or our sheets changed as we were only staying two nights but we would have like fresh glasses and coffee cups and some additional coffee as there was only one pouch. Also they advertise laundry but don’t have any laundry service. The breakfast was ok and the staff was great in getting you everything you needed. The place was fine just a bit shabby compared to the photos. Oh and maybe they should remove the price tags from the artificial plants around the pool. lol

We were very pleased with our stay we arrived a little early and went to see if we could check in a little early no problem Very quiet staff were super friendly. The breakfast was lovely and a great variety of items . We swam in the pool both evenings Enjoyed the tea and coffee which was in the lobby in the evening. This was our first time staying in this hotel. We would definetly be back

Nice, old but elegant hotel

The hotel is dated but it's also quite elegant. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious (plenty of room to put your toiletries). Two very comfortable wicker chairs in the room. Love little swimming pool, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a little crazy. The two girls on duty had too much to do. I ask for tea instead of coffee, i had to ask twice and then it was lukewarm.

Property was wonderful and the harbour views were amazing! Staff were friendly. Waterfront boardwalk across from the hotel and the main downtown is one block away. Would highly recommend!
