Very good

+ comfortable and modern rooms, friendly staff, very good pool, close to the beach, variable and delicious food, private parking, - poor wifi, the cleaning staff is not cleaning the rooms well, they do not change sheets on bed. Overall I would say it was a 10/9 hotel. I would recommend it for that money

Worst hotel ever

Probably the worst ever hotel I’ve stayed at - dirty, everything broken, total lack of hygiene everywhere, no covid precaution, drunk and wasted package tourists everywhere. No drinking water in the room, no bottled water for sale. Nobody in staff wore any masks, nor did any of the hotel guests. Pool is more like a cesspool. Frankly, Expedia should cancel this listing and refund me my money.

À fuir

Une durée de séjour de 5 nuits que nous avons réduit à 3 à nos frais bien sûr. Mais il était impensable de rester dans cet établissement mal tenu avec du personnel non professionnel hormis une que nous félicitons (Paula) mais effectivement une hirondelle ne fait pas le printemps. Un tarif all inclusive, sauf que le si peu de propositions en boissons est imbuvable ( bière ou vin ) et les cocktails n’en n’ont que le nom et sont aussi imbuvables.. l’alimentation très mince, peu appétissante et qui se réduisait à peau de chagrin. Le petit-déjeuner idem, sans même de grille-pain pour au moins se faire des toasts. Le pain était tellement rassis qu’il en était rance. De plus en période de pandémie de COVID, des mesures sanitaires non mises en place, une salle de restaurant sale, des tables à peine nettoyées du personnel de salle qui manque d’hygiène et tout le temps sur le smartphone plutôt que de nettoyer par exemple la machine à café ou les chaises à bébé. Le sol sale. Il y a tant à dire. Les chambres ne sont même pas faites tous les jours . Un vrai scandale

Kom for et opphold på 14 dager, men kunne holdt med en uke på dette hotellet da det er alt for urent. Fint hotell med fine rom og bra uteområde/basseng. Vanskelig personell, jobber i mot deg og ingen kommunikasjon med hverandre. Rengjøringen er noe av det værste jeg har opplevd. Det står på nettsiden at det er rengjøring hver dag, men det var så vidt de KUN kom innom med nye håndklær hver TREDJE dag. Ingen sengeoppredning og har i løpet av oppholdet vårt ikke kostet/moppet gulvene eller vasket overflater på bad osv. Skuffende mat og drikke i all inclusive. All drikke var utvannet og maten var kald og lite god. Vi måtte ofte ut å spise andre steder. Kommer ikke tilbake igjen til dette hotellet, da personellet var ekstremt lite serviceinnstilte, vaskedamene var elendige.

Welcome to economy of scale 1.0

If you are interested in a cheap all inclusive hotel in Sunny Beach, this is your place! If you appreciate decent food and to feel special as a guest, you will have to go elsewhere. Also, the use of plastic cups for all drinks (even coffee!) is outdated and doesn't conform with their green 'promises' in the hallways.

Veldig fint sted for både familie og venner.. nærme stranda og sentrum. Men hvis du ikke våkner tidlig så kan du gå klipp av roomservice. Tar veldig lang tid for at dem skal få gjort noe når du spør dem.
