Breakfast was a joke no Staff at the breakfast to bring bowls, cups bread etc ended up going to the reception and asked to get someone to bring us bowls to used for our cereal, there was no cups for hot drinks and most of the food a empty. The staff at the front desk a very night especially the older guy who works on the very late night shift. I'm not going back there with my family especially when we have 6 rooms in the hotel to our family ❤️

Terrible Hotel

I have to look for a housekeeper to asked for towels also reported to the front desk that the shower nop in our room is broken and they never sent someone to fix it, they didn't clean the room and the breakfast was a mess, there was no bowls to used for your cereal, no cups for hot drinks no slice bread for toast absolutely a mess. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone especially I travel myself nearly every month and a platinum one key customer.

The property had a great pool area to sit and read. Room was very clean and extremely comfortable, however I was disappointed the TV was a bit outdated and only worked on cable. Most channels were blurry, could definitely be upgraded. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay for a hotel breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel is trendy but you can tell its older and has been renovated. The room was comfortable but there was an odor lingering from possibly dirty carpet. Breakfast was mediocre but hard to complain when its complimentary. Previously frozen egg omelettes, hash browns and sausage was palatable but nothing to write home about. We would stay again as staff was great, room was clean and comfortable and rate was good. Its also located close to restaurants and other stores

The property lay-out & amenities are outstanding! The Breakfast (although positive that it was complimentary) the quality was poor. Room # 216 was clean, but the carpet was musty and dirty. I shared that with (2) staff members. Also, the top drawer (under the TV) pulls out, is collapsed on the middle one. I was anticipating staying there again, but now not sure.

Stayed in one of their executive suite on the first floor. Overall room was decent a little outdated but definitely spacious. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear the room above us getting out of bed and walking around. Along with the room next to us, you can also hear minor conversations. We were next to the street so you can hear traffic passing by along with people outside having conversations. Cleanliness was fine, only issue we had was in the bathroom there was a cockroach on the floor moving around. Along with a big red stain in the carpet next to the sofa. Water in the shower doesn’t heat up well but will be warm enough. Probably wouldn’t stay again but wasn’t the worst experience either.

Overall okay

Overall okay, but a few annoying things. Main part was a $12/night parking fee that I didn’t know about until check in. Seemed pointless when they have a huge garage that was mostly empty our entire week. Not thrilled. Also, hot tub was broken but seemingly no hurry in fixing it. CONSISTENT sweet smell in lobby and hallways (Glade) that gave me headaches. Good parts: spacious rooms, nice beds, good breakfast options, nice location.

It is a nice place. good atmosphere. nice breakfast. clean overall.a little noisy. you can hear the noise from the lobby and from the street. We didn’t have hot water to shower the last day. There isn’t a hot tub as it says on the description.

Decent but some issues with our room

Our stay was ok. Im not sure if it was just our room but our shower would not drain when showering, it would fill almost all the way and drain slowly until we were done showering. It was inconvenient. We also had some noticeable stains on one of the pillows and towels when we first arrived. Besides that we had a good stay but I don’t think we’d rebook because of how annoying the shower issue was. The hotel looks very modern and had decent breakfast. Overall decent stay.
