• Two primary-suite style bedrooms with ensuite baths offer privacy and convenience, a new one on the upper (entry) level, and one on the main level
• Family-friendly amenities including a pack n' play, books & games, and DVDs
• Ample parking in the long driveway (may be steep for trailers)
• Just minutes from gas, grocery, and top west-side destinations such as Frankie & Louies, Shady Gators, H. Toads, Shrimp Daddy's, Don Chilillo's, and more!

Other Things to Note:
• We provide the propane for the grill.
• Wood is not provided for the lakeside firepit.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and is best suited for families and groups of responsible friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties.
• The property policy is to refuse certain booking for the purpose of group events including stag/bachelor and hen/ bachelorette parties.
• This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved, however, roads may ice over and become difficult in winter.

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
