This two level spacious beach home was carefully designed to ensure complete privacy on your holiday.

The open plan with two living areas also features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious fully equipped gourmet kitchen with ample storage which opens onto a sweeping verandahs.The four bedrooms comfortably accommodates a family of six & this home is child-friendly & small pets are welcomed on approval.

A tranquil private lawn and garden next to the pool offers a complete relaxation.The property has a gated driveway ducted and split system air conditioning.The house is only 400m from the beautiful beaches at Sunshine Beach & 300 metres to the Sunshine Beach Village which you can enjoy the cafes, restaurants and shops.This property is ideal for your next beach holiday!

All of our properties will include an amenities welcome pack to get you started for your holiday. Including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper and bathroom amenities. Additional supplies may then be purchased to replenish this throughout your stay.

Please Note: Swimming Pool is NOT heated.
