Check in was super easy, the pool was nice, the apartment well set out and the location spot on. It was just a shame that cleanliness was an issue.

We are sorry that you are dissapointed. Upon notifying us of minor issues you refused to allow us to rectify the issues of 2 crumbs caught up against the skirting boards that the vacuum missed. We notified you that the previous guest spilt something on the carpet and as it was Easter Monday we could not get a steam cleaner in as we had 2 hours between the previous guest and your request for an early check in. We could not spot clean it any better as we were unaware what the stain was and we feel that this at no time impacted your stay or enjoyment

The booking was made for 2 adults and 2 children however you had 4 adults and 4 children in the apartment, when asked about the number of people you told us it was for 4, you lied straight to our faces. Upon checkout the apartment was left in a filthy condition, there were dirty dishes left in the kitchen, stickers all stuck in the carpet, walls and beds, the owners locked cupboard was broken into and thier personal belongings used and left lying throughout the apartment. When called to discuss you denied it even though we have photografic evidence. We are still waiting for the extra payment for the extra guests as per our policy.

We loved our stay at Aquarius Resort. There wasn't any staff on for the time of our 3 day stay but everything was still so easy & convenient. Our room was lovely, right on the beach front. Kid friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great, Staff were lovely and accommodating however quite disappointed with the room. 2nd floor directly above the driveway/carpark/restaurant and it was extremely loud with constant banging, not ideal when trying to get a toddler to sleep.

Hi Holly, We are sorry to hear you were dissapointed in the standard room you booked, we havent had any other feedback regarding noise from past guests. The back carpark is not busy with cars coming and going just staff from the restaurant. The windows here are double glazed however if a window is open you will hear noise from the road out the front and the ocean

We had a fantastic stay! We were able to get an early check in which was greatly appreciated on the hot day we arrived. The apartment was clean and modern and we had everything we needed. We also loved the pool!
