The Space:

Welcome to Unit 7, Dulkara – a spacious and inviting apartment in one of Kings Beach's most sought-after locations. Situated just metres from the patrolled beach, this comfortable holiday retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing Sunshine Coast escape.



The light-filled open-plan living and dining area opens onto a north-facing private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in or simply relax with the cooling sea breeze. With ocean views from both the living area and balcony, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.



The fully self-contained kitchen includes all the essential appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay, making it easy to enjoy everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners.



A fully equipped internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also provided for your convenience, making longer stays comfortable and stress-free.



The apartment also includes complimentary Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected throughout your holiday. Guests also have access to the complex's great shared facilities, including outdoor swimming pool and communal BBQ area.



Bedding Configuration:

Master Bedroom: Queen bed.

Bedroom Two: Two single beds.

Bedroom Three: Queen bed.



Bathroom:

Main bathroom with shower over a half-size bathtub and toilet.



Please note: This property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout the apartment, and the coastal location captures refreshing sea breezes.





Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.



Parking

Undercover parking for 1 vehicle (2m height clearance).



Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
