Furbished house with beautiful timber ceiling feature with skylights and glass louvres throughout for maximum ventilation has 4 large bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Singles) with built in robes and 3 bathrooms including an indulgent master ensuite . Recycled spotted gum and earthy travertine tiles throughout.

The Master bedroom has a private large living area opening out to wrap around veranda and there is a separate office with built-in workspaces capturing natural light.

Offers as large open plan living/dining areas open out completely for outdoor entertaining adjacent to the salt water pool with large screen TV and built-in BBQ. This also features Games/Family room with billiard table, TV area and one bedroom on lower level. Free Wifi as well.

New Modern kitchen has Stone bench top, dishwasher, microwave and large capacity fridge. Bring your favourite pods as Nespresso Coffee Machine is also available.

This lovely home is comfortable with reverse cycle air-conditioning in all bedrooms and main living areas.

There is 1 car space available for guest use in the caport.

Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited. The property is in a beachside residential enclave and we ask you to please respect the neighbours in terms of night noise and night lighting.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
