A modern 2 bedroom holiday unit in a fantastic location: approximately 220m from the sand on Kings Beach.

The amenities of Kings Beach are all within a short walk, including parks & BBQs, cafes, restaurants and shops.

This third floor unit offers a modern interior and sleeps 4 people in a Queen and 2 Singles. There is also a fold out sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children (is smaller in size). The unit offers a microwave, dishwasher, 40' LCD HD Tv, DVD player & stereo, a 24' TV in main bedroom, flyscreens on the windows and a security screen on the balcony door. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area.

Enjoy panoramic views over Kings Beach watching the waves roll in and the ships gliding past whilst you relax and enjoy a cool drink on the balcony. The ocean can also be seen from the kitchen, dining room and lounge.

The large private rooftop area overlooking the vast blue Pacific Ocean, is exclusively for your use and has plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun all year round.

The complex offers a lock up garage for each unit and an inground pool.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

The location of the apartment was amazing and the price was very reasonable. Should have mentioned that there were multiple steps to access the property. Wasn't a problem for us, but good to know how much bags to pack if you know you have to carry them up a lot of steps. Apartment was neat but could do with a deep clean of blinds etc. Otherwise the apartment was fine. The TV remote didn't work which we were notified about and the garage door. Other thing that would have been good to know was the driveway to property. I have a toe bar and couldn't access the garage because the back end of the car would scrape if I tried to drive up the driveway. But there was plenty of street parking and it was safe to leave the car outside. I would talk about the location a lot more. The location was great because it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and about five minutes drive to the town centre and also main shops like Coles and Woolies. That was a big plus!! We enjoyed out stay. Thank you.
