A drinking glass had food on it, the ice bucket tray had dry food on it also. The bathroom mirror had smear stains and the tissue holder was empty. I was locked out of my room and made 3 trips back downstairs for a new key while carrying my food. There was no empathy from the front desk clerk. She was conversing with the breakfast lady and was not at her desk. I waited several minutes for her to return. Not a pleasant experience. Extremely disappointing for $160 a night.

Oscar at the front desk was able to change my room from the ground floor, which I did not prefer, to a higher floor without any problem whatsoever. Very professional and courteous. Some places make it a problem. Oscar did not!

1. 3 towels for 4 people and apparently no extras when asked 2. No towels in gym 2 days straight. Front desk didn’t seem to care 3. Breakfast didn’t start on time 4. Most yogurt out of date. Sausage cold 5. Pool not heated
