残念なホテル

今回　ホテルに予約してから伺いましたが、予約が入ってないからエクスペディアに確認するようにと言われました。 結局はホテルのミスの様でしたが、それに対するコメントはなにもありませんでした。 ホテル自体は清潔で立地もいいだけに残念です。

商業街にも近く、便利。装備も揃っているし、スイートだけに広くて、居心地は悪くない。しかしずっと部屋にいる気にもならない。
