샤워 용품 비치되어 있지 않음. 별도로 전화 요청하였음. 둘쨌날도 없었음. 이 호텔의 원래 정책이 없는 건지도, 달라는 고객에겐 주고 말 없음 그냥 넘러 가는건가? 예약했을 때 욕실 - 고급 세면 용품으로 표기되어 있었는데. 매번 전화하려니 귀찮음.

Great service, very responsive. Room was fantastic - very well decorated, had nice extras like electronic blinds between the bedroom & bathroom. Had a dressing room, too. Deliveries were handled by a robot - the coolest thing ever. It came to the room, rang the phone and we got our stuff. Then it headed back by itself including calling the elevator and getting in.

Hotel staffs were super helpful and friendly. Besides room upgrade, also help my coworker to do late check in, taxing, train information. Room is super clean and nice.
