The whole room would fit into one bedroom in my home ,the noise from other rooms were too noisy , the floor creaked that much if you used the bathroom every one in the room woke up , pillows were like bags of cement. Magnificent view the only good thing

The room and ensuite were TINY! Couldn’t close the ensuite door without a huge struggle and the microwave only worked when it chose to. Room was clean and linen was fine but I would not recommend for people with claustrophobia or a suitcase (nowhere to store it).

Good location centrally in Swansea. An older style hotel but you get what you expect and what you pay for so it was comfy and convenient for the night. We had a minor maintenance issue when we checked into our room and the owner was apologetic and helpful in moving us to another one.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location next to the sea was very quiet and calming, as I could hear the beautiful sounds of the sea. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. I left a small bag and they were able to ship it to my next hotel through the post, which was so extremely kind and helpful of them. The customer service is wonderful.
