Right from walking in the greeting was friendly from Niomi was lovely. The room very clean and tidy with every thing you need . Right on the water perfect uninterupted views.

We loved our spa balcony room at the Waterloo so much that we booked an extra night. We loved the view from our very comfortable room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. The room was up some stairs on the first floor. I was disappointed that there was no restaurant operating on site. This would have made our stay perfect but there a some other dining options. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is dated, but comfortable. Beds are super comfy and it had all of the basic requirements, including some tea/coffee (pods!). Staff were delightful at both check in and check out. The view is worth alllll of the stars. Spend just a tiny bit more for the ocean view - you won’t regret it. Loved Swansea, and could have stayed at The Waterloo for a week. Also, walk across the road to Alimento cafe. Amazing!!

Fantastic room on a corner with a wraparound balcony. Overlooked the beach. Big room and even a spa bath. Microwave which was helpful. Really nice place. Was perfect stop in our road trip around the island.

Communication was great. Naomi at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. A few quirks like some difficulty opening the door, and limited front desk hours, but I would definitely recommend it and would be comfortable staying there again.
