Clean room. Quiet location. Central location. Large building with long corridors. Great shared eating area with filtered water, kettle, microwave. Rooms have kettle and sink and mirror etc. The exterior needs some TLC. It doesn’t appear that the place is functioning as a cancer treatment centre.

Okay for one a night crash

This hotel is one step up from a back packers hostel or caravan park. That said, it was clean and quiet. The tiny room also featured a huge massage chair that probably should have been in the common room. The shared toilets and shower feature was a disappointing surprise, although the shower was a huge capsule that was beamed down from the star ship enterprise. No hand washing facilities after using the toilet, however there was a sink in the room. Wong be returning to this hotel again.

Booked in double bed with private bath. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed sheets were washed and cleaned. Loved the massage chair in room. Wash basin was installed in the room next to the bed instead of in the bathroom. It was inconvenient and didn’t like the setup.

Up and down. Spacious room, good outlook. Super shared kitchen. TV had only two channels and no volume. Heating, but a bit inadequate, chilly night. Reception messy, too much paraphernalia. Lovely old building.

It’s a great place for the price, location and quietness. But, it feels very empty with lots of rooms. I’ve stayed several times and never seen anyone receiving cancer treatment or the medical desks in use. I think they should revert to trading without the medical facility label as it has loads of facilities or meditation room, gym equipment, large dining area.

The hotel is strategically located within a 5-10 minute walk to Katoomba village and 15-20 minute walk to Katoomba train station. The bedroom is well equipped with a beautiful comfy bed which provides a good quality nights sleep. There is a heater, hairdryer, massage chair provided in the room. The bathroom has an amazing shower and some bathrooms have heated toilet seats. The kitchen has 2 fridges, a microwave, toaster and complimentary tea and coffee.

The place is basic but clean and sufficient for a comfortable for the stay. We had a massage chair in our bedroom which worked as a miracle on our muscles after tiring hikes! We also had a personal electric heater in our bedroom. The staff were very helpful and let us leave luggage in their store room on the arrival and departure days. Our stay was pleasant and very cost-effective.

Room was tiny, freezing cold, with only a small column heater. TV didn’t receive free to air channels. Reception was helpful, and it was in a convenient location. Felt like a 2 star hotel in Cambodia.

For the price, the facilities were very poor. It was very expensive for a room with shared bathroom. There was no TV, fridge, mirror or a night lamp. No proper shower items. We could hear loud steps when someone would walk in the corridor, didn't get a good sleep throughout the night. The room felt empty with just a massage chair and heater. Did not meet our expectations.

Safe and quiet for a solo traveller. Walkable but some slopes to go up and down to get to the location if you are travelling without a car. Apart from that, great comfortable and clean place.
