The property had all the basic requirements, except that there were some minor issues which were resolved/attended to straight away. The location was great and I loved the 'partial' view of Echo Point from the living area window.

it was close to Echo Point. The vicinity was extremely noisy from 5.30am each morning with cleaning trucks and rubbish disposal

Fantastic location, big rooms, quiet with only being 5 on block. Let down with rusty bbq, shower that made whole bathroom floor wet, leaking kitchen tap and lack of tea towels.

A fantastic position but needing lots of TLC

Pros: We liked the position and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped Good views from front windows
Cons: Lounge suite is well past use-by date and should be replaced. Queen bed duvet had been washed but was badly stained. Kitchen lino very badly laid!
Location: Lots of nearby walks and the town bus to Scenic World and the station was a bonus. Store and fish and chip shop in walking distance
This villa has wonderful potential in a magnificent location at Echo Point but needs a thorough cleaning and replacement of old furniture. The TV did not work on channels 7 and 9 during our stay also!

Value for money

Pros: Garden
Cons: larger TV
Clean and great value for money. We had a garden room on the ground level. It was great front porch with thousands of rouses. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
