The area is so close to the Ortigia Island where the beautiful cathedral and Doumo are. Lovely walk around the entire island and areas to go in the water If you like. Many dining options and shopping too. Wonderful area!

This was the worst stay during our three week southern Italy vacation. The rooms were quite clean but the hotel is obviously being left to deteriorate, it needs a good updating. The shower head was so caked with minerals that it barely worked. The staff was unfriendly. Normally guests pay the city tax upon check-out. I was confused when the male on the desk demanded I pay upon arrival. I assumed they collect it every day, which they didn't, we paid for the full amount in advance. When my travel friend attended the front desk they were told that I had refused to pay the city tax. I didn't refuse, I just didn't understand why paying at check-in? And I paid him. The rooms were clean, though the bathrooms could use a good scrub. I'm not sure why it's called a 'Bed and Breakfast'? It should simply be call a 'Bed' as there was no breakfast whatsoever. We were directed to a cafe next door but no voucher to at the very least get a coffee and pastry. I do not recommend staying here. One good thing is location, it's a 10 minute flat walk to the train station and Ortigya is also 10 minutes away.

Convenient hotel if you're driving! It's out of the ztl (no driving / parking zones) of Ortigia but still very close and walkable. The rooftop wasn't open so we couldn't enjoy the views but the room was very comfortable, updated and spacious. Wifi could have better reach.

Nao havia ninguém no horário do checkin as 14h? O telefone do proprietário não atendia! O contato foi feito através de uma confeitaria vizinha. Ele forneceu para ela a senha para entrar no hotel e o número do quarto com a chave na porta, disse que estava doente e NÃO enviou nenhuma mensagem para avisar a dificuldadee contatempo e uma forma possibilitar acesso ao hotel!?!! O wifi é instavel e vaza água no banheiro. De bom somente a localização e quarto limpo. Nenhum profissionalismo e não retorna as mensagens. Não recomendo

Rideau cassé réveil aux aurores

La chambre n’avait pas de volet et il est impossible de faire le noire. Avec des enfant, réveillé à 5h30 du matin…. L’hôtel était au courant du défaut de cette chambre. Et n’a pas réparer les rideaux cassés … inadmissible quand on reçoit des clients… une chambre qui ne fait pas le noir est inconcevable.
