In questo livello troviamo la cucina soggiorno, 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno.

Dalla scala presente nel soggiorno si accede al piano superiore, dove si trovano altre 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno con cromoterapia e una splendida terrazza che da sulla piscina e con il mare visibile sullo sfondo del panorama.

La villa è perfetta per una o due famiglie ed anche per piccoli gruppi di amici.

All'esterno si trovano la zona parcheggio, la bellissima piscina e una cucina esterna dotata anche di forno a legna e un terzo bagno.

Très jolie villa pour une famille de 8 personnes

Proximité d'un commerce et de la mer (rochers) avec possibilité de se baigner et de nager parmi les poissons. La villa mériterait d'être mieux équipée en accessoires de cuisine insuffisant pour 8 personnes. L'agence qui s'occupe de la maison est très sérieuse, réactive et à l'écoute. Par conte le propriétaire a refusé de nous indemniser malgré l'absence de connexion Internet pendant 1 semaine, le portail qui est resté bloqué 2 jours et la climatisation d'une des chambres qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons néanmoins passé un excellent séjour.

Aufenthalt in Villa Livia

Es hat uns gefallen. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für 8 Erwachsene. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind auf zwei Stöcke verteilt, so verteilt es sich gut. Klimaanlage kann man gut regulieren, es hat einen sleep Modus. Küche ist ausreichend bestückt. Rund um den Pool gibt es genügend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Aussenküche ist toll, wenn es nicht zu heiss ist. Das Haus bietet mehrheitlich was es verspricht. Unser Betreuer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings, denke ich, das es leichter war, weil ich auf ital. kommunizieren konnte.
