Stunning 2 levels of 125 square meters (1280 square feet). The property offers a large, private and furnished garden with jacuzzi to enjoy your relaxing outdoor moments. The outdoor area also has a covered and furnished patio with table and chairs for 8 people. On the ground floor the villa has an entrance into the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and outdoor veranda, and a further bathroom. Upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase, the villa has another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a covered veranda. The property also offers a separate laundry room and private parking. To make the environment unique is the large surrounding garden, full of various plants and trees, totally fenced and furnished to fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
