Exceeded expectations , ladies in the reception area are so helpful and accomdating except one male receptionist that grabbed my wife’s plate with food because we thought breakfast starts at 6:00 am, he was rude, and we didn’t deserve that insult

I had a wonderful stay here for 13 days and would highly recommend anyone visiting Taipei consider this hotel. It has a great buffet style breakfast, spacious lobby and outside patio, amazing rooms and amenities. The staff here are incredibly kind and hard working. The rooms are meticulously well maintained. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at for this price range. Also a coffee, water, and juice bar available 24/7. They also provide free umbrellas!

It was okay and I might stay there again but very complicated electronic flush toilet that I couldn't get to work even after 10 minutes instructions by the engineer and the fancy lighting panel by the beds needs playing around with in order to figure out what controls what. Also, couldn't get the jacuzzi tub to work.

Very clean, modern. Nicely appointed, spacious rooms with good beds and deluxe bathrooms with bidet. Could use some towel bars though. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet in the lobby was an extra 200NT per person, which was quite reasonable. The immediate area is a bit noisy because the hotel is at the junction of some highways, but we are familiar with Taipei and it didn't bother us too much; metro stop is 5-6 minutes walk away, while the Keelung River trail & parks are across the street (and behind the next building).

This hotel was very nice. Room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It is a little difficult to get to with public transit, but not terrible. It may have just felt like that because it was raining on me as I was walking to the hotel. Overall, a good stay and would stay here again.
