The room provided was extremely small, located in the basement. and had no window. I am concerned that it may not comply with safety and habitability standards. Additionally the shower area had visible mold around the floor and edge of the shower door. There was noticeable buildups of dust. These conditions raise health and safety concerns and need to be addressed promptly. The big guy was unhelpful and did not offer any assistance with our luggage. The staffs were not very friendly.

The room was spacious and staff were nice. However its location is not right for us. It is near Raohe Night Market but the market has nothing special and the food there nothing special. Also, Expedia should update the pictures. There is no toothpaste toothbrush provided in the room. They have discontinued since 1/1/2025.

I loved this hotel; we stayed there for five days and were sad to leave. Wi-Fi works really well. The staff are courteous. The environment is clean and comfortable. It is also accessible by bus and within a short distance from the MRT. Bring warm sleeping clothes because the rooms are very cold ❄️. Management told us the air temperature was unadjustable (even though there is a thermostat in the room), but they provided a portable heater which helped warm the room—no other complaints. Staff can also speak some English, which was a huge plus.

The bathroom has no clothes holders at all. No towel railing. One has to no place to hang dirty and clean clothes or even the bath towel. Bed is round and smaller than your normal reactangle beds. For anyone above 1.7m, sure will have problem. Room is not very clean. Has a damp (musty) smell.
