I rarely leave reviews but this hotel deserves all the praise. This was my first time visiting Taiwan. The location was prime as it is very close to the Main Taipei station, making it easy to get everywhere. I was also pleasantly surprised because they left me a nice letter for New Years and they gave me a birthday sirprise. They decorated my room and even gave me cake. I had never received this level or care or detail hefore.

Rooms were a decent size and very clean, including the bathroom. Only surprise was it didn't come with a wardrobe so I had to hang my clothes on the hangers on the wall. Not a dealbreaker as I was only there for 2 nights. But it would likely be an issue if I were there any longer.

It’s a simple but very clean hotel room. The front desk staffs are amazing and very helpful. The use of laundry is free and they even have free detergent for you to use. I like that the laundry machines and dryers are very clean too unlike the ones I stayed in Japan. The location is so close to the Z6 exits and to the Taipei main station overall. It’s also close to coffee shops like Starbucks and so many restaurants around just outside of the hotel. I had a great stay.

Had a great 5 night stay in an Elite Room. Although it was smaller than expected, it was spotless every day, and the staff went above and beyond! They wrote hand written notes with recommendations on where to go and were so helpful with every question I had. The location is great, only a block and a half from Taipei Main Station and the MRT. There was tons of food and shopping options around the hotel too.

We enjoyed our stay at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I. The room itself was clean and comfortable, room cleaning was done properly, amenities were provided and replenished and the pantry with the snacks/ drinks was well-stocked. We also enjoyed the convenience of self-service laundry. In addition, the hotel staff were helpful and professional. In particular, we'd like to give shout out to Ms Abbey for her warmth and friendly assistance that made us feel so welcome not just at the hotel but in Taipei/ Taiwan. The experience at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station I exceeded all my expectations for a hotel of this category. Location is superb, a stone’s throw away from Taipei Station and many shops and eateries. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our five-night stay, and the amenities on level 2, which included laundry facilities, a microwave, free hot drinks and water dispenser, and cup noodles were a wonderful surprise. Every staff member we met was so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for two nights while we visited Alishan, and the hotel assisted with making dinner reservations for us too. We even received a handwritten thank-you card at the end of our stay. What a wonderful experience! 100% would stay here again if we return to Taipei!
