Walkable and quiet location; one drawback is that the cake patisserie do not operate until after 10:30am & need to go out for a nice cup of coffee. In the room, the free coffee is instant packs of Nestle.

The room was clean and the amenities were easy to use. A lot of options, including healthy options, were available at the breakfast buffet. Checking in and checking out were easy and didn’t take much time. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were polite and helpful. The station for the bus #1960 taking us to and from the airport is conveniently located at a short distance from the hotel. Overall, I would gladly recommend this hotel to travellers to Taipei.

Overall we had a very good experience with the hotel. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone, including the housekeeping staff were quick to offer their greeting every time we encountered them. The staff was by far the biggest asset of the property. The room and common areas were clean and we were satisfied with the options offered by the breakfast buffet. The only negatives for us were the beds were on the harder side and for us who like to sleep on the side, they were very uncomfortable. We also noted the decor, furniture and carpet are really dated. My wife and I observed stains in our room and the first floor buffet from all the foot traffic the hotel has accumulated over the years.

Hotel staff is very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. There are plenty options of on-site restaurants and they offered a discount if you stay there. The only complaint I have is the lack of electric outlet or usb ports. Wish they have a outlet near night stand where I could charge my phone.

Room was spacious and clean, the hotel staff were also attentive and responded promptly whenever we have a request. We also had both the hotel's breakfast and dinner buffet - the spread for breakfast was good but we felt that the dinner buffet needs improvement as there isn't much variety to go with. Some of the live stations had pre-cooked food like lamb chops and scallops, which we found overcooked as they reheated them upon request. The live station for seafood was just poached seafood in plain water which we also find quite bland and tasteless. Other than that, the hotel has done a good job in the area of service and cleanliness, albeit the rooms could have been refurbished as they seem pretty dated and some of the wall.sockets were not working properly.
