台湾でよくある雑居ビルのワンフロアを客室にしているホテルです。室内はインダストリアルデザインでまとめられていて、そういったデザインが好きな方には刺さるかもしれません。大きな荷物はチェックイン前に預けられますが、フロントのカウンター内で保管しているわけではないです。シャワーを使うとトイレまで水浸しになる(シャワーカーテンが少し短い・トイレとシャワー部分の段差が少なすぎる)ので、シャワー使用時はちょっと工夫が必要です。この宿泊代にしては珍しくウォシュレットがついているのですが、私が泊まった部屋は故障していたのか使えませんでした。台北駅・MRT北門駅から徒歩圏内なのでアクセスも良く、周囲に飲食店やコンビニも多いので、寝るだけと割り切れるならまあ良いホテルかと。

Googleマップ頼りよりも5出口のが近いです。 周辺にもたくさんお店がありますので便利でした 夜市も徒歩圏内でした 専用バスルームがあってこの立地ですからかなり良心的な価格でした 部屋に冷蔵庫がないのですが、季節柄そこまできになりませんでした。 シャワーヘッドをかけるところが緩く止まらなかったのと、部屋の清掃は毎日ではないようで、タオル交換が申告制だと言われたのですが言えば新しいタオル等を出してくれました。

台北の2-3つ星のホテルには、まず暖房がないので、ここも類に漏れず冬の夜は寒いです。室内には電気ポッドがなく、共有エリアにある給水/給湯器を使わなくてはいけないのが、やっぱり不便に感じました。コーヒー、紅茶は自由に使えますが、3in1(ミルク、砂糖入り)なので、無糖がいい人は持参する必要があります。レストランはないですが、1階にセブンイレブンがあるので、食事には困りません。立地がとてもよく、台北駅、桃園MRT台北駅も徒歩5分程度。市内の移動は地下鉄よりバスが便利。台北駅から、ほとんど乗り変えせず目的地の目の前まで行けます。ビルのテナント型のホテルは殆どがそうですが、壁が薄いので隣の部屋からの声、雑音は聞こえてきます。その代わり、外からの雑音は救急車やバスの警告音くらいしか聞こえてきませんでした。贅沢は求めない旅のスタイルならアリだと思います。
