Tried to charge for breakfast they say I had with a friend which I didn’t . Tried to hold my luggage when I went to collect . Had no signatures . Clearly the breakfast reception team took wrong room number - hotel needs to take signatures - room was booked without breakfast

Beautiful hotel and room. Excellent, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great location right by shopping, restaurants and subway, as well as a more traditional street with local mom-and-pop places to eat (must try a little local place!). I would recommend and would stay here again.
