Great Stay with Comfort and Convenience

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The TV was a large screen with plenty of cable channels to choose from. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the MRT, with easy access to many attractions. Taipei 101 is only two stops away. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were always very prompt in response. The room was quite spacious and well maintained. There is a metro station right outside of the hotel main entrance. If you don't mind walking, Taipei 101 is just 30min walk from the hotel.

Excellent location. Next to exit 6 of MRT. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Front desk speaks English well. Safe location. Only issue I had was their unwillingness to alter stay due to flight delay resulting in 24 hour delay in arrival and basically lost one day stay because unable to shift my stay by one day. So if there is flight delay they may not help. Had sent all the documentation that it was Delta Airline that caused issue, they went by policy. Hotel restaurant decent, all the staff great. Gym good but bring your own towel. Business area does not have printer or computer but more a rest area.

Comfy brief stay

I had a brief two-day stay at Park Taipei Hotel and chose this hotel for its convenient and central location. It was literally in front of a metro station entrance. I was very pleased with the professional and friendly staff, and the room was very comfy with an amazing view of the city. Very restful experience during my stay.

Friendly staff and good location. Didn’t try the restaurant because too many good ones in town. It is located next to the MRT line. So a room on the high floors will be better. Will surely stay again if go to Taipei again.

The location is very convenient with two MRT lines and Exit right at the front of the hotel front door, with multiple bus stops around also. Staff are polite. Very positive experience in our four day stay there.
