Super convenient location in one of the nicest parts of Taipei, close to Dongmen station. The staff was helpful, and the room was kept very clean, with complimentary water and snacks.

My first trip to Taipei feeling apprehensive due to language barrier & uncertainties that comes with traveling abroad. The staff was nothing short of pure accomodations & welcoming, from checking in to the restaurant staff, morning buffet which was a delight with many options that could be construed as brunch with great attendant staff and housekeeping was equally kind. Front desk staff quick to help with my struggle to communicate patiently. I am especially appreciative to the Manager Nancy who oversaw to make my stay arrangement smooth & cost effective, helping me learn Mandarin was above and beyond! From staff with excellent management, I'm grateful Royal Biz Taipei made an outsider guest feel less like a stranger more like a welcome guest. Food, amenities, comfort, quiet, convenience, superb staff, cleanliness and price rarely equally matched when trying a new hotel, this did just that. From 707, Thank you to everyone at the hotel, you made all the difference for me on this very important trip. See you again!

I had a wonderful time, the staff were very attentive, and could answer all my questions about easiest ways to travel, food recommendations, and general information about Taipei. The location is great, close to Dongman station, which is a good point to head to most of the night markets. it's only a half-hour walk from either major shopping district in East and West Taipei too. The rooms were cleaned very well and very promptly too. The breakfast was excellent, with mainly East Asian foods but also some Western foods too, so there will be something for everybody.

The room is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are super nice and helpful. Our flight was significantly delayed and they stayed up for our super late check in. Breakfast is simply and nice with a good amount of healthy items. Location is convenient and very easy to get a cab or walk to a train station. Great value for the money. Definitely recommend.

Nice place

The room was huge! The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was quite good. My only criticism would be that on the days they had ham, or bacon or sausage, they didn’t have scrambled eggs. When they had scrambled eggs, there was no meat to go with them in my Western opinion. It is close to a metro station so getting around is really easy.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Dislikes:location is a bit far from the nearest MRT subway station, quite hectic in a rainy day with luggages. Only 1 set of laundry machine for the entire hotel, had to take Uber to wash clothes after 4 to 5 days stay.

Wonderful staff, gracious and helpful. Thank you to Ms. Emily, Ms. Nancy, Ms. Amber, Mr. Shao, Mr. Cho and Ms. Yupeng for making our stay pleasant and feeling like home. Rooms are spacious, with lots of storage and lighting. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is quite large and clean. Linen and towels are clean and fresh. The housekeeping staff are very prompt and efficient. Breakfast has a mostly Asian cuisine, with a few western items which are quickly refilled as needed. Nor huge but sufficient to get the day started. Breakfast room is clean and tidy, with the staff clearing dirty dishes and cutlery promptly. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from the subway, restaurants and markets. Getting around is quite easy as the subways are well signed and announcements are made in both Chinese and English. This is our second time staying at this property. And we would definitely stay here again. We had a very pleasant stay. This property is not noisy (meaning not loud tourists) and it is very eco-friendly. A few suggestions for consideration: small amount of mildew in the shower and the carpet and chairs are showing age. Not deal breakers. Did I mention the wonderful staff?

Conveniently located near Dongmen station, there's lots of food and coffee and drinking options nearby - including Simple Kaffa (which one best coffee shop in the world!). Taihu Gyoza Bar is a great place for local beers and right across the street is Liao Jia Beef, a local favorite Beef Noodles place. Royal Biz is okay - friendly staff and nice enough, though the facilities are a little worn.

I thing I must point out I order 3 bed for 1 room and they give me is the extra bed not the one I pay for it . They move the two single bed and squeeze the extra bed. I m very disappointed for that. I think I did not get what I pay for it. I pay for 3 single bed and I get the two single with extra bed in the room and make the room very tight. I wish they can consider if u sold out of the room I order please do not accept my order. I feel uncomfortable
