The property was ok and seemed to be getting renovated after checked out rooms were opened. The staff was very accommodating and nice but it seemed the shower floor had seemed some better days. The walls on my room were beated up and scratched( seemed to be what was being fixed the next room over as well) but the bed was comfortable. Going in and out the building was not the best as some of the elevators smelled like smoke because of other floors being a smoke hotel and KTV. The noise from the KTV was not really heard from my room but others seemed to have heard the sound from previous reviews. Definitely would stay here again because of the staff being so accommodating and seeing that rooms are being fixed and renovated as well!

Pillow covers, Bed sheets and towels were stained. Room smelled like smoke. Immediately left the room and unfortunately was not able to get refunded.

DOT NOT STAY HERE This property should he taken off all booking sites. The amenities include ear plugs and condoms.... There's a karaoke club 1 floor down and a nightclub 2 floors down, So you better believe that even with ear plugs you can't mask the thumping bass and "singing/screeching". If that wasn't enough, there's a lot of rooms that you'll hear girls squealing from. If that wasn't enough the rooms are really small, don't have windows and the bed is about as hard as a wooden block. With all that said. The room was surprisingly clean thiugh.

It's 2:30 a.m. now, but the noise/music from the 11floor woke me up for the 7th time during my 8 days of staying. I discovered that the 11th floor is a nightclub. there is an activity every night.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the hotel personnel were very polite. I stayed for 2 weeks in the hotel and they were able to give me a bigger space room. Some comments are: (1) the hotel room did not have a window; (2) the hotel was very strict on the check-out time (12 noon). (3) On my last day of stay, I had a serious stomach pain (could not get out of the bed) and my husband requested the hotel to extend our stay for 4 extra hours with 4 hours extra charges (before we go to the airport), the hotel refused for the extra 4 hours and only allowed us to extend for 2 hours. I had to force myself get out of the bed at 2PM, checked out of the hotel, and sat in the hotel lounge chair until 4PM. If the hotel could be more accommodating due to my illness, I would have given a

Location is good enough, very convenient which is just next to the MRT station and many local restaurants surrounding; however it was quite noise during the night as there is a famous nightclub next to the hotel, while there is a club and karaoke in the same building.

Stay with no window but room was clean. All noise from outside can pass into room easily. i cannot sleep at first night since seems room nearby just check in and big group make more noise. However, other day was perfect.

We didnt like the no smoking rooms. Their ad on the website said they had them but they dont. There was no place to hang our clothes to keep them from getting wrinkled, no iron or service for this. No laundry service, we had to do our own laundry, and for the price they should have ALL the mentioned things.
