宮川朝市まで２分と立地が良い。一軒家を丸々借りられるのでゆっくり過ごせます。 非対面でのチェックイン、チェックアウトが可能です。玄関を入るとすぐに除菌スプレーが用意されていました。 洗濯機と衣類乾燥機があり、タオルなどは替えが無く全てセルフで洗濯をします。 キッチンには冷蔵庫、HIクッキングヒーター、湯沸かしポット、オーブントースター、電子レンジ、炊飯器があります。 ただ小型冷蔵庫のためアイスクリームの保管ができません。氷程度なら作れますが製氷器が無かったです。 放ったらかし（放ったらかされ）が好きな方にはおすすめです。 私は快適に過ごすことができました。 次も高山に行く機会があればまた利用したいです。
