4th floor Apartment - 2 minutes walking distance to the beach!

The condo is a great place to set up your "home base". With plenty of space to spread out, you can use the space as a private piece of paradise. It features air conditioning, cable TV, internet, and a fully functioning kitchen. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware and flatware, and dishes for 6.

A beach towel and bath towel are provided for all registered guests. We also provide hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen towels in the kitchen. We provide a biodegradable 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash for our guests. Biodegradable soap in provided in the kitchen.

An iron and hair dryer are available for your use.

There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys available for guest use within the building on a first come, first served basis.

Weekly cleanings are included for stays longer than 7 nights. Additional cleanings are available for a fee.

The condo is within walking distance to everything Tamarindo has to offer -2 min walk to the beach, 4 min walk to the center of town.

Please note: this unit is on the fourth floor (4th) and the complex does not have an elevator so guests must be able to climb stairs. This condo has a potential for noise.

Super clean and close to everything

Very spacious and very clean condo that’s right across from the beach and close to everything! Communication with the property manager was fast and easy with any questions. I would absolutely stay here again.
