The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off all air conditioning units. Gather all used towels and leave them in one place (please avoid leaving any on the floor). Ensure that all sliding doors and windows are locked.
Lock the front door and return the key to the lockbox located next to the front door. After returning the key, please change the lockbox code so that it is no longer visible to the next guests.
Once you have checked out, please notify us that you have left so we can coordinate cleaning and preparation of the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
