Great home with nice pool very quiet.

This was really a nice home, but it is a two bedroom not a three bedroom as advertise.

Modern house with great amenities

Beautiful modern house that exceeds expectations for a comfortable stay: nice bath towels, fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, a/c and ceiling fans in each room (loved this feature after 2 weeks in other CR locations with no a/c), refreshing pool, and welcoming backyard space. The coded front door (rather than a key) makes check-in and -out very convenient. One disappointment was that the pool waterfall couldn’t be turned on at will, as it was automatically programmed to start at a certain time. We never actually got to see the waterfall working. Another issue, beyond the owner’s control though, was the house construction next door. The builders started working shortly before 6 am and continued all day on both Saturday and Sunday. The location was not too far from Tamarindo and the beaches, but the drive to the house is down a dirt road that’s slow-going and populated with many locals. It’s not an ideal drive after dark as there are no street lights and many pedestrians on the road. Inside the gated community, there wasn’t any kind of a view if you feel like going for a walk. You almost don’t realize that you’re still in Costa Rica, it just feels like any suburban neighbourhood. Overall, it was a well-appointed house to relax in. Edgar responded to questions quickly and was welcoming.
