This cozy vacation rental, recently renovated, located in a gated community in the center of Tamarindo offers you comfort and tranquility, enjoy your stay as a couple or family, it has a large private terrace, gas grill and space for 6 people total. Located in the 3rd and top floor, accesible by steps only, not elevator

Its location allows you to reach supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, clothing stores and of course the beautiful Tamarindo Beach in just a few minutes walking.
The condo has Wifi, smart TV and cable very soon and air conditioning in all its areas. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities to guarantee your comfort and enjoyment in a warm and welcoming space.

The main bedroom has a double or matrimonial bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. You can also find dryers for shared use and soon washer and dryer inside the unit for personal use
There is a large communal pool, security and parking in front of the building, 5 of them, they are first come first served, otherwise, there is parking on the side of the street.

IMPORTANT:
#1: During dryest season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. In extenuating circumstances, it may lead to unannounced water shut offs
#2: There is no elevator, access by steps only, not suitable for the disabled, people with difficulties, we always recommend parental supervision for minors.

Spacious and Close to the Beach

Monica’s apartment is spacious and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning and wifi. Kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker was much appreciated! The apartment complex is secure and safe. There is a small area for parking (outside the gate) for parking and street parking also possible. Easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and groceries. The shared rooftop deck is large with a BBQ - we didn’t use either as it was a little too hot up there for us! The pool area was well cared for and not over crowded. There is a no charge shared washer and dryer for the complex located near the front gate. We stayed four nights and would think this would be a good place for a longer term rental too given the space and full kitchen, dining area with seating for 6, living room, good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Monica was extremely responsive, helpful and kind!
