The room was so dirty it didn’t look like the pictures that was advertised at all, i understand the room was cheap but it looks like it wasn’t cleaned at all by room service. On top of that the toilet was clogged with the first time using it upon check in with no plunger in the room to use. horrible experience.

The lady is very rude no matter how nice you are to her. They try to charge you twicefor stuff you paid for already on line. As had a license Emotional support animal and was still charged for pet fee after even showing paperwork

I thought we would book and just have a place to stay in between going to the park-but I didn’t feel comfortable doing that. The room was beyond dirty-the front desk person offered another room-but why wasn’t that an option when I first checked in? I told him I didn’t feel safe-he said if anything happened he would just call the cops….no thanks-I forfeited the 1 night cancellation and booked another place.

Gross and run down

Rooms are absolutely filthy and full of mildew. Mold in bathroom , curtains are stained and smelly. This place is run down and and nasty. front desk was nice other than that horrible!!!
