My stay was great. It was exactly as they said it was clean. It was spacious enough for me. Also, the air conditioner worked really well. It must be brand new. There was TV with Netflix with Amazon. It had everything you needed. There's a nice barbecue grill outside. There's a couple chairs and an enclosed area to sit and relax. I really liked it the neighborhood is super quiet. It's a real nice neighborhood. That's very quiet. Very nice.

Good space for brief stay or longer,shower was awesome pressure and got hot every time. AC works really well and has remote which worked excellent. Only complaint is the bed seems to have a high spot down the center with the underneath supports and it wasn't comfortable with me already laying diagonally being so tall,otherwise mattress was comfortable. Seems like quiet neighborhood i had motorcycle outside and nobody bothered it.

We stayed here to run Gasparilla in Downtown Tampa. It was a 20 min. drive and had options to avoid 275 and I4. Very close to Bush Gardens and Buccaneers Stadium. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a park on the river within walking distance.

It was a nice, quiet & safe neighborhood. The space was clean. My only issue was that the floor under the bed dipped down enough that the head of the bed was noticeably lower than the foot of the bed, making you feel a bit upside down. We had s nice stay overall. Would book again.

Cozy and Quiet

Perfect for a few nights stay. I was alone but 2 guests would work as well. Communication was excellent. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. The high speed internet allowed me to get my work done for school easily. Check in and check out were seamless. The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The price at the time was also unbeatable. I slept better in the bed here than I do at home. Overall great experience!
