From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt genuinely welcomed—and that was entirely thanks to Alex at the front desk. He was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly attentive to every detail. After a long day of travel, Alex’s warm smile and kind demeanor made all the difference. He checked me in efficiently, offered great local recommendations, and even took the time to make sure my room preferences were met without me having to ask twice. It’s rare to find someone who strikes the perfect balance between being personable and polished, but Alex did exactly that. The rest of the stay was excellent as well—clean rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location—but Alex truly set the tone. Exceptional service like his deserves to be recognized. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to see Alex at the front desk again!

While the inside of the lobby is beautiful, you can see gown work down and damaged the room was. Broken door lock half fixed,floor terribly scratched. The on site restaurant was HORRIBLE. For the price of a meal there, I should have just gone to McDonald’s. The food and price would have been better. There was only one person working at the restaurant and the wait was really long to even get an order in. If you go to the front desk for anything there will probably only be one person which again is a long wait. Booking on Expedia with a really good deal I would consider staying there again. But not full price.

It's just an old hotel that is somewhat beat up. I stayed there two weeks in a row. Both rooms were large, but beat up. AC was erratic (either hot or cold). Shower water flow was weak, and only really hot water. It's in a central location, but that's about the only redeeming feature.
