We stayed here to go to Busch Gardens and it was the perfect location. We could watch the rollercoasters from our room. Breakfast was great and rooms were very clean. No complaints at all.

This was are first time at this location and we loved it so much. Clean safe convenient I mean they had it all. The only downside was the area is a little rough but the place is secure no doubt. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best we have ever experienced by face with so many choices from eggs meats breads juices all kinds of stuff. We are passing holders Busch gardens and this is definitely gonna be our go to hotel for now on

We stayed here due to it being walkable to Busch Gardens. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful and accommodating with an early check in due to one of our travelers recovering from surgery. The breakfast had several options. Within a short drive, there were numerous dining options. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Outstanding Hampton Inn. Room was clean, spacious and beds were great. Property extremely convenient to Busch Gardens and water park. Breakfast was better than expected. A/C in the room was the coldest I have felt in a hotel room.

We came for a day at Busch Gardens. The hotel allowed us to park early and there was a shuttle to the park. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the park if the shuttle isn't available. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast to start the day.

Nice room… skip the breakfast

Breakfast area was horrible …what was available was inedible…eggs crumbly and everything but fluffy, oatmeal sticky, dry and nasty. Sausage “cooking”. Waffle batter”being mixed”. Notified staff that child had licked the whipped cream. She brought it out back where the other staff ran the can under the sink ( don’t think I was supposed to see that!). Just nasty….no needing to stop for food elsewhere before we hit the road.

I called before my trip wondering if i could get a room lookimg at the park, the only reason for my trip was the park. Pam answered the phone and was so nice and accommodating. Then when i got off the plane i called and Pam picked up and helped me with all the info i would need to get to the hotel, and had my room ready early. On my arrival, my unending questions were answered with a smile, and was always answered in full with more info to help me during my stay. I have dealt with good customer service many times, but this woamn named Pam was more than I've experienced. I really hope Hampton Inn realizes what an outstanding employee they have in Pam. And the other Desk Attendants were always kind and helpful, always smiled and acknowledged you everything you walk through the Lobby which was very nice. I hate being ignored. I really cant say anything bad about this property. Having everything locked, even to go up the elevator, you needed your key, which was absolutely Fantastic!!!! I wish all hotels would do this. I felt very safe throughouty entire stay. Breakfast was different every morning and so many options, cold and Hot. Pam and Staff....THANK YOU SO MUCH for my amazing stay. The hotel was very well kept as far as cleaniness, overall look, for the price and location. The only complaint I have is the tv service is outdated compared to other stays. It's hard to find channels to watch, some channels the guide said were on actually were a completely different channel. The cleaning of room policy was not adhere to as it said every other day and i was told "I was out of my room too late" even though the crew were 5 rooms down from me and was then told "Well they have 50 rooms to get done by end of day". I only asked for towels, and trash emptied. The manager told me that wouldn't be too hard at all to probably get done and radioed to get it done. It was never done..
