We stayed for one night and it wasn’t too bad. Hotel does offer free continental breakfast and water. Pool needed a better filter, but it got the job done for the time we were there. The front desk staff were amazing. It was also walking distance to a few restaurants ie longhorn, Ruth Chris, Olive Garden etc. Also, super close to the airport (5 mins) The rooms were a nice size and came with complimentary Dove soaps and shampoo/conditioner so that was a plus. They also offered a free shuttle to the airport. I would recommend and stay again.

The beds were old and saggy, and the mattresses had some kid of rubber cover that was very noisy whenever someone moved on the bed. The floors were dirty and although the room had recently been painted, there was dried paint splattered all over the drapes and floor. We paid for a room with a view and our view was of a dark, empty courtyard. The breakfast area was packed every morning and there were not enough tables for many people to sit and eat. Also, the onsite restaurant was closed for renovations, which was not noted on their website. Overall, this hotel was unsatisfactory so we booked a different hotel for our post-cruise stay.

Ok hotel with issues

Door had no insulation, and was wide open under the frame. Tub didn't drain correctly and toilet didnt flush well. Front desk didnt follow instructions when i changed my credit card. Still charged the incorrect one. Wasn't informed of a 100$ hold. The floors were new, the ceilingnit was clear had issues before. Overall, quite dated and not well kept. Very loud, we had people running and screaming outside our door but without any door insulation, we heard everything.

Property is a shell of its former self. The hotel has alot of potential with full renovations needed , fix broken doors in stairwells, secure stair wells as i believe homeless ppl are defacating in the stairwell areas. Shower heads were covered with mildew.

This property is poorly maintained with rusty fixtures in the bathroom, a loose grab bar, loose electrical outlets throughout the room and gashes in the wall. Housekeeping is only by request 24 hrs in advance. Courtesy airport shuttle did not arrive after two calls and an hour wait. I’ll never return and do not recommend.
