Cheap for a reason

I didnt think holes like this existed in big towns like tampa. Even the homeless find better halfway houses. I wouldnt even use the shower in this place

The location and proximity to the airport was great. The pool was lovely but could use some more chairs for lounging. There was a musty smell as soon as you walked in the door to the lobby. The lobby itself is odd in shape and layout. Our bathroom had paint over the tiles in the shower, which was peeling. There was no lack of hot water though. Which is always a good start. We stayed for one night.

This "hotel" was more like a motel. It's seedy looking. The room was fairly clean, I will give them that, but it was so run down. The bathroom door didn't close, the walls were scuffed, the tiles on the wall in the shower/tub were just painted white and the tub had rust stains in it. The place is a dump. We cut our 2 night stay down to 1 and went across the street to The Marriott for twenty less per night. Our complaints to the front desk were fruitless. They refused us the government rate because we had booked, not paid, with Expedia. Expedia said that the hotel quotes them the price so they couldn't do anything. The hotel manager said they couldn't do anything so we paid a lot for a night in a run down, seedy "motel."

Filthy hotel

The hotel at first seemed really nice but when i was given my room it was filthy, holes in the door, bathtub had big pieces of porcelain missing, the sink was cracked in 4 places, baseboards were filthy. The mattresses were sunken in in the middle. Floors were filthy. They moved 3 times before finding a suitable room and it still wasn't good. Non of the housecleaners noe the security gaurds could speak English, they also closed the pool at 8pm. Will never stay there again.

The hotel is clean but because it’s outdated it makes it look dirty. It needs remodeling. That’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars. Otherwise the stay was fine. Staff are very nice.

Older Hotel

We stayed here because it was the most reasonably priced hotel near the Tampa airport that had free shuttle service to the airport. It is old and in some disrepair. The shuttle service in the early morning only ran once an hour at their schedule which was a little inconvenient.
