After driving 10 hours with my family, my reservation was canceled one hour before check-in. The host stated the property had already been sold and should not have been listed. This means your platform allowed a property that was not even available to be booked and paid for.As a result, I was left stranded in Florida with no place to stay, a pending refund I could not access, and no meaningful assistance from your support team beyond repeated references to “policy.”I had to secure a same-day stay through my other preferred app, where I experienced a responsive host and helpful support. The contrast in service was immediate and notable.And what’s even more remarkable is the property is still listed to ruin someone else’s holiday
