The service was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and personable. its nice for a quick stay. Looks like a remodeled motel 6 on the inside. Definitely slightly different from the pictures. It’s super close to busch gardens if you are visiting there.

They have done a lot to this hotel. It's very clean.The rooms were great. The staff are very friendly. They offer shuttle service to Busch Gardens if you are going. I would 100% recommend this hotel

Most of the hotel was good, however the locks were not even fully bolted in as many of the screws were almost completely out so I would suggest not staying there alone. Also, I bought some snacks in the lobby and found out after I had already eaten them that the snacks had been expired since the end of August of 2025 (I was there this past week being the middle of December 2025)

I dont understand the good reviews on here. Let me preface this by saying that I'm an easy going person and never write bad reviews.We have traveled extensively and have never experienced what we experienced at this hotel. We checked into our room, settled in and felt it was a bit cold (we got there late at night) we adjusted the thermostat to warm it up a bit, but it wouldn't work. The humidity in the room kept getting higher according to the thermostat but the temperature wouldn't change. I called the front desk and he sent up a maintenance worker immediately (they were both very nice). But that didn't fix the problem, so we were given a new room. The thermostat worked perfectly in that room, but the door facing the balcony (1st floor) was OPEN, about an inch and would not close. Their solution was to put a wooden stick on the bottom to prevent the door from being opened from the outside. We were already tired and decided to just let that go. Got in the shower and the fire alarm went off (because of the stream I'm assuming) sending my special needs son into a full blown panic attack. I have NEVER experienced a fire alarm going off due to a hot shower. My poor son was shaking the rest of the night and couldn't sleep. And now he's an anxious mess at the slightest sound of anything resembling a fire alarm. Not to mention NO ONE called to check why the alarm went off or anything. Also... there were roaches. I am beyond fuming with this property.

The property looks much better in the photos. The room was not comfortable at all. The AC made a clunky noise every hour on the hour. It sounded like someone was slamming the door all night. The space looks like they just painted over stained walls. There's a big difference from clean and comfy to painting over a bad property and this place gave me and my family that feel. I would not stay here again. The Breakfast and coffee was good though on the way out.

Overall the hotel is fine. On first look it appears well kept and clean. Unfortunately once settled in little things become noticeable. A soap wrapper left in the bathroom, door handles with paint splattered on them, areas on walls where something was spilled and not wiped down.
