This looks like it’s a brand new facility. The hotel was super clean and staff was friendly. The parking was very easy and convenient as well.

All of the above, I've never had copies of my driver's license, my room was on first floor next to storage and it felt like the staff WASN'T trying to be great, seeing this was a NEW HOTEL, hsd to leave Saturday morning they refused to refund me saying i used 3rd party company

the rooms are very nice and clean, there's really no staff at least I didn't see anyone except the front desk guy and we were there 3 days, the cable kept timing out, there's no microwave in the room, we were only giving one key, and the a/c isn't great it was always hot in the room no matter how low we dropped it

Brand new facility was still suffering from issues related to inexperienced staff, untested wiring, etc. bed was comfortable and secure. Overall a nice stay. Would stay again.

No electricity on entire wall, including TV, fridge and overhead light, had to change rooms from Disability room to regular. Thin walls, took a long time for the water to get hot in shower. Difficult to understand person at front desk. Long check-in, no form of free breakfast, and charged an extra $100 for a 100% disabled retired Veteran’s service dog.
