Stay away. Nightmare experience. Unfriendly staff (Steve at front desk), nobody was helpful when questions popped up. Restaurants were closed, rooms were dirty, terrible overpriced for what you actually get in return. We went to the front desk at 11p because the vending machines were broken and we needed bottles of water. They had zero water on the property to distribute or sell to us. The only positive is that the waterpark was fun and the kids enjoyed it. But also pretty filthy. We will not be returning.

So i am not the person who usually leaves bad reviews but First it started with check in We came at 4 room was not available Then when we finally got it it wasn't the room that we reserved Then there wasn't a hot water in the shower You have to wait for water to be warm to take shower and it not a hot just barely warm But the rest was ok

Our stay at Camelback Resort was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. From the first day, our room had a major heating and insulation problem. The heating unit under the window was poorly installed, leaving large, open gaps between the unit and the wall. During below-freezing temperatures, freezing air continuously blew into the room, keeping the floor near the window ice cold at all times. We reported this issue multiple times throughout our stay, both in person and via the resort’s text system. Nothing was ever fixed. We were forced to stuff towels into the gaps ourselves just to reduce the draft. Despite this, the area remained freezing. We were traveling with young children, and the prolonged exposure to the cold resulted in both of our children becoming seriously ill with pneumonia after the stay. This was deeply upsetting and could have been avoided if the issue had been addressed. Additional problems included a very long walk to the room (5–6 minutes from the main entrance), a poorly designed bathroom with constant water on the floor after showers, and overall lack of responsiveness from management. For a family resort, ignoring serious maintenance issues—especially those affecting children’s health—is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this resort.

Some of the staff was not very friendly. And we had a fire alarm go off during our stay which was not fun! Mixed drinks were awful and food and drink costs were ridiculous. On top of it we were charged $78 for idk what after we had already checked out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the room so I don’t understand. But whatever. We will not be returning.
