My wife and I were extremely dissapointed that the bar and restaraunt were closed/closing by the time we checked in. The woman at the front desk was nice. Keylock was nonfunctional to the wing where our room was located, it swung open freely which didnt make us feel very secure. In the room we were suprised by pen/marker on the nice suede curtains, as well as by the messy carpet and the doors of the wardrobes (which didnt close)... When we went to the car to find dinner - (unexpected and incononvenient that there wasnt a microwave in the room with the restaraunt closing so early!l) a security guard, possibly under the influence of illicit substances, approached the vehicle and made my wife and I uncomfortable, expressing his admiration for my vehicle while peering in the window and unconsensually touching it a bit too familiarly. I clearly stated we had a room, to which he insisted on knowing the number. This made me uncomfortable since the wing doesn't lock, and I would hope the Security would have access to a list of vehicles registered to rooms, if not a hard copy nightly.anyway. There is so much wrong with the way that man conducted himself as a representative of a 4-Star (allegedly) Hotel. I asked him to not touch my car before he finally left.
Overall, my wife was dissapointed in the experience and I would never recommend it to anyone. Also, got charged after leaving for an 'ammenity fee' which was for the valet, yoga, and spa. None of which we used..
