The room size was better than expected, the bed and bedding an pillows were fantastic, but we were there for 4 days and we were told when checking in that we would not get room service for 3 days, which meant no making our bed or fresh made rooms, but more than that, our coffees and creamers ran out, and we had to go to the front desk more than once to have items replenished in the room. The towels unfortunately felt like sandpaper, and we nearly ran out of body wash. the 3rd day ended up being Christmas, so we had no staff come on the 3rd day either. We paid nearly $200/night, I expect my room to be serviced for that cost. Then the food at the restaurants was amazing but the service was awful. We waited 15 minutes the first night to just get drinks, one bar tender for about 15 people. Then breakfast was excellent, but again the service was slow. When ketchup was brought to the table the server actually said, sorry this is empty, but never replaced a full ketchup. I usually never complain, but these were issues. The upside, the laundry app worked well, and the front desk staff were great. The hotel could do with a hot tub, seeing this is a ski resort type town. The decor was great and the atmosphere pleasant.
