I was disappointed in my expectation for a Hilton property. This looked like an older property that Hilton must have acquired. Lobby was very nice, and the food served in the lobby was good. Pool area looked tired. The outdoor layout was odd. I had to walk around buildings to get to the central courtyard of each section to get to my room. Walkways were rough, in need of work. Room had a crazy pepper design covering the entire wall. Bathroom looked like they slammed in a new shower and vanity, but wasn't remodeled correctly. Room was clean, and the bed was good. But not sure I'd come back.

Well appointed, nice pool, nice bar/restaurant. Some details overlooked such as coffee maker positioned under shelf on microwave and could not access it to pour in water. No water or coffee in lobby for guests, which would be nice.

Check in was at 4pm. I got there at 445. The receptionist said the room wasn't ready and to check back in 30 to 45 min. As I sat and waited 4 more people came to check in and were told the same thing. I was checked in at about 530 with no apology or offer of discount, nothing. When I got in my room, there was a dead bug in the middle of the bathroom. My room was never cleaned in my two days.

The room wasn’t ready until after 5:30pm, as was the case for many people trying to check in. The front desk said it was a frequent issue during concerts and events when the hotel has more guests. Seems like an issue they could have prepared better for with additional housekeeping brought on.

Room had no Wi-Fi. Were told our room was to far away from server. Told maintenance would come to room to fix, they never came. Asked for a new room with Wi-Fi. Was told I couldn’t. Then snuggly told if I wanted Wi-Fi I was free to spend the evening sitting in the lobby. Had to contact Expedia to get new room. Front desk was not happy and treated me coldly. Do Not Go Here!!

Great hotel. I had a LONG Drive, road constructions and closures had me in a spot of bother finding the hotel... but ONCE I WALKED IN, I FELT BETTER. So close to downtown Santa Fe. Restaurant is good.

The room wasn’t very clean, and smelled musky like an old smokers room. The property looks more run down on the outside than the picture shows and patios weren’t set up to be inviting. We were told by a local it was the best hotel around, which may be true as it seems tourism in the area is down and places are struggling.
